Ratatouille. I checked out a sneak preview of Ratatouille last night, and I must say I truly loved this movie. Everything from the animation to the score to the voice acting to the story (and especially the story). It was the eighth film produced by Pixar. Название: Ratatouille.

Ingredients of Ratatouille

  17. It's 6 leaves of fresh basil -- chopped- no stems.
  18. You need 1/4 teaspoon of salt -- to taste.
  19. You need 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Ratatouille instructions

  1. 1. Dice the eggplant and place in a bowl and add just enough water to cover and add 2 teaspoon salt and let soak for 20 minutes and the drain off. This will take away bitterness..
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent about 3-4 minutes in a large 4 quart sauce pan or dutch oven..
